This is a serious problem because fiber is essential for long-term health- it supports better gut health and digestion, glowing skin, a stronger heart, and steady energy levels. The decline in fiber consumption is also a major factor behind the rising rates of colorectal cancer among young people in the U.S.
Awareness about fiber is growing, but it’s not easy to completely change your diet overnight. Don’t worry, though…

At Fibi Foods, we make whole food, plant-based, high-fiber bars crafted from real ingredients like oats, dates, nuts, and fruit. Convenient, delicious, and genuinely good for you.
My mom (@prajaktidesi on IG), a food blogger and recipe developer, created a recipe for fiber bars. Each bar has 10g of fiber (about one-third of your daily requirement), making it easier for the average person to meet their minimum recommended intake.
Fiber shouldn’t be that gross-tasting powder you buy from a pharmacy only when you’re constipated. The goal with Fibi is to make fiber delicious and sexy!
